Knee high chop slop this morning. Not much different than the last two days. Water temp is 73. Still not much in the way of surf for the next 3-5 days.

Maybe some longboardable bumps this weekend thanks to SSE-SE wind. Don't expect great form. Nothing else is on the horizon through the first week of May. If anything changes I'll let you know. It looks like the summer doldrums have arrived early. SST is 70-71 degrees.

There's a little bump in the ocean this morning with a strong S -> N current. Waves look to be about waist high and longboardable. Water temperature is 69 degrees. Winds are out of the southwest at 10mph and tomorrow will be increasing to 15-25mph. Expect flat conditions most of this week. Friday the winds will switch to onshore so we can expect a pickup in the surf Friday-Sunday. It won't be epic but maybe something to ride.

Nothing in the way of surf this morning. Expecting the size to increase throughout the day with the 16mph NE winds. We should have wind blown waves for the majority of the coming week. Keep an eye on next week. Looks like a long period swell hitting our beach.

Keeping an eye on the latter half of next week. Starting Wednesday a 10 second period swell will be moving towards our beach from The Bahamas. Thursday looks to be the biggest day but Friday the winds will becoming out of the southwest. I'm looking 8 days out so it's not unheard of for forecasts to change a little. If the wind just shifts a little sooner than later Thursday could be fun.

Flat through Saturday. Expect a bump in size as we go through the weekend and continuing into Tuesday. Mostly an offshore wind event.

Surf is a notch smaller than yesterday. Mostly waist to chest closeouts with an occasional outside set that crumbles into the shorebreak. Looks fun on a longboard or if your a Grom, but there is a wait between sets. I don't think our beach can handle long lines and 13+ second periods. High tide is a few hours aways and if it's anything like yesterday I expect the closeouts to continue. I'll be keeping an eye on it and hopefully there will be some fun sessions to be had at the right tide.

The swell is here. Waves are 3-4 feet with a slight offshore breeze. We should have waves through Friday so grab your baord.

The swell is showing it's initial signs that waves are on the way. Right now they look to be in the waist range and mostly closing out. A few waves struggle to break on the low tide sandbar. It might be worth a check in an hour or two as high tide fills in. Otherwise I expect to see a bump in size and form as we go into low tide later this afternoon

Small shin high northeast lines rolling in. Tomorrow we should begin to see a long period swell that lasts through Friday, but I don't expect the real action to start until late Wednesday and more likely Thursday. Friday looks to be the best day with offshore winds

Conditions today are flat and there will be no surf for the next several days. The good news is the water and air are warming. We also have a long period swell on the horizon. Arrival looks to be Wednesday, or more likely Thursday.

2-3 foot sets with great conditions. Today is a surf day. Size expected to continue building. Monday shaping up to be a better.

Mostly shore break at a solid 2 feet. We are in between tides right now and the low tide sandbar has filled in enough so that it's difficult for the waves to break. Waves large enough to break on the sandbar are very weak. Otherwise you may want to give it a check around high tide at 12:30. The swell will continue to build throughout the day and night. Tomorrow waves should be double in size.

Waves are a notch smaller this afternoon, but this could be associated with the out going tide. The wind has also switched to the ENE at 15mph giving way for more disorganized conditions than this morning. With a water temp of 52 degrees it's chilly standing on the beach. Wave models are still indicating an increase in waves throughout the weekend with a long period swell coming in Sun-Mon.

Waves have appeared this morning. There looks to be a fun factor to them. Most look to be in the stomach range but the bigger sets look to be chest high. A long period swell is on it's way for this weekend. Sunday is shaping up to be the best day with favorable winds on tap.

Waves are slightly bigger than yesterday and they have a little texture to them. As you can see from the pics if you have patience there's are some knee high crumblers rolling in that could be fun on a longboard.

Ocasional one foot closeouts pounding the shore, otherwise flat. Keep an eye on late Tuesday and Wednesday. Forcasters are watching a low pressure system in the Bahamas to send a pulse of energy our way.
